MPS state that members are advised that check
beforehand to ensure coverage and to clarify whether subscription
rates may change. Most countries, with the exception of USA and
Canada, are covered.
MDU state that members must discuss their
circumstances with MDU before departure as levels of coverage will
change depending on location and the nature of work. Benefits of
coverage are determined on a case-by-case basis.
MDDUS state that members are advised to
contact the membership department before leaving the UK. Paid
employment overseas is not covered but voluntary work with
UK-registered charity is covered.
